How it works
Three steps, and you stay in charge the whole way.
-
Fill in the form (about 5 minutes) Tell us about your business: where you work, what you do, how you talk to customers.
-
A quick 15-minute call, then we set it up You pick the time, so you won't be caught off guard by an unknown number. On the call we connect your inbox and set up your portal login, then we set up and test everything before it touches a real customer.
-
You stay in control At first, every reply is written as a draft for you to check and send. Once you trust it, routine replies can go out automatically. Anything urgent or unusual is always flagged for you.
Called out to an emergency?
One tap clears the rest of your day. Your customers re-book themselves, so you're not ringing around from a burst pipe.

Questions
The things tradies ask us most.
Will it send replies without me checking?
Not at the start. Replies are saved as drafts for you to approve. When you're happy, we can switch routine enquiries to send automatically, while anything flagged still waits for you.
Will it make quotes?
No. It never quotes prices or promises a time on your behalf. It collects the details you need to quote the job, and you send the quote yourself.
What about emergencies?
If an enquiry mentions sparks, burning smells, smoke or similar, the reply leads with safety advice and you get an alert marked "NEEDS YOU". And if you get called out to one yourself, the emergency call-out button cancels the rest of your day and texts each customer a link to pick a new time.
Which channels do you cover?
Email is set up first. After that we can add text messages, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and your website contact form. Instagram and Facebook need a business account linked to a Facebook Page, and each channel is tested on your account before it goes live.
Do I need new software?
No. It works through the email you already use, and we handle the setup.
Is my customers' information safe?
Enquiries stay in your own email and a log sheet. The text of each enquiry is processed by our automated assistant, which uses a third-party service to write the reply. We'll explain exactly what is touched before we start.
Get started
Takes about 5 minutes. After you submit, you'll pick a time for a 15-minute setup call, so we'll only ring you when you've said it suits.
